Orders & Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been dispatched.
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll resend it.
We are shipping from our warehouses in Poland. The shipping time can vary depending on your region, but typically it takes between 2-5 working days to get your order in the EU, or up to 2 weeks in other regions.
We are shipping with DPD/DHL within the EU according to DDP Incoterms.
Yes, we ship across Europe and selected international markets. Shipping options and delivery times are shown during checkout. For more countries, just reach out, we will find a solution.
Returns & Warranty
We follow different rules for business and private customers, as required by law:
- B2B: Returns within 14 days, unused and in original packaging.
- B2C (EU): 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

12-month hardware warranty for all customers, a 2-year legal guarantee for EU consumers (B2C). Report defective or incorrect items within 48 hours.
Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Yes. If Rings (In-App Credits) included with the device were used, their value may be deducted from the refund (as stated in Terms).
App & Account Support
Check spam. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll resend it.
Use “Forgot password.” If it still fails, contact us.
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled (on Android devices check that location services are active) and the device is fully plugged into the OBD port. Restart the app if needed. Use our Multilingual Quick-Start Guide for help.
This usually happens for one of two reasons:
• you are logged into the wrong app (make sure you use BASIC Europe), or
• you logged in with a different email than the one used for your purchase.
Just send us a quick message with your order number and the email you used in the app, and we will add the Rings to your account manually.
B2B & Ambassadors
Send us your VAT ID & full company address (European customers) or other business registration confirmation (other markets). We will reply with our price list for b2b customers.
Verified workshops receive lower Ring prices (in-app currency) and can set their own customer pricing for activations. Consumers can only see the regular app pricing, e.g. Activation 100 Rings (approximately 100 USD). B2B will pay a discounted price for the Rings and keep the margin.
Yes. Workshops can submit requests, and our engineering team evaluates them for future development.
Absolutely — yes. If you have a community, social following, attend automotive events, or simply know a lot of people in the industry, we’d love to talk. We offer referral-based collaboration options that allow you to earn rewards or credits when people you send our way buy our products.
