1. Shipping Origin

All orders are processed and shipped from our logistics center in Poland (European Union).

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the European Union and to selected international destinations.
Availability of shipping options may vary depending on the destination and product type.

3. Shipping Fees

We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping within the European Union.
Shipping fees and delivery options are subject to change without prior notice.
The applicable shipping cost (if any) will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.

4. Carriers and Delivery Times

We work with reliable shipping and courier partners in the EU and internationally.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, selected service, and carrier availability.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link (if available) to monitor delivery progress.
We cannot guarantee delivery times once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For deliveries outside the European Union, all customs clearance procedures, import duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or import restrictions imposed by destination authorities.

6. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

7. Shipment Tracking and Confirmation

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if available).
If tracking is not provided, our customer support team will assist with shipment status upon request.

8. Undeliverable Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs or any associated fees.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please report it to the courier immediately and contact us within 5 business days at hello@basicobd.com.
For lost packages, we will assist in initiating a carrier investigation; replacement or refund eligibility will depend on the outcome.
